Our goal is to help drivers locate stations offering renewable diesel (R99), conventional Diesel #2, and other diesel blends while making it easy to understand where that information comes from.

We believe in a simple principle:

Every claim has a source. Every verification has a history.

1. How We Collect Information

Just Diesel maintains a database of fuel stations and their available diesel products.

Our information comes from several sources, including:

• Firsthand observations made by Just Diesel.

• Voluntary reports submitted by app users.

• Information provided directly by fuel stations.

• Publicly available or commercially licensed datasets that have been reviewed and approved for use.

We may collect station names, addresses, GPS coordinates, available fuel types, biodiesel blend percentages, posted prices, and the dates information was observed or reported.

2. Source Transparency

We believe drivers deserve to know where their information comes from.

Whenever possible, Just Diesel identifies the original source of station information and distinguishes that source from subsequent community verification.

A station may have information from multiple sources, including an external database and independent observations from people who have visited the location.

We preserve source attribution and observation history to help users evaluate how current and reliable the information may be.

Community contributions are credited collectively as Just Diesel Community, without publicly identifying individual contributors.

3. Firsthand Observations

Just Diesel collects factual information through direct observations of fuel stations and pump labeling.

These observations may include fuel availability, fuel blends, posted prices, and changes to previously reported information.

Factual observations collected directly by Just Diesel may be stored, analyzed, displayed, distributed, and used commercially as part of our services and database products.

Community-submitted observations may also be used for these purposes in accordance with the permissions granted through the app's submission terms.

We do not claim ownership of independently existing facts or third-party intellectual property.

4. Third-Party Data

Just Diesel may incorporate information from external databases and other providers when we have determined that its use is permitted.

Before importing third-party data, we review applicable licensing requirements, commercial-use permissions, redistribution restrictions, and attribution obligations.

Where required, we provide appropriate credit to the original data provider.

Information collected independently by Just Diesel is maintained separately from imported third-party records so that its origin can be identified.

5. Community Reporting and Verification

Just Diesel allows community members to contribute information about fuel availability, prices, and station details.

Community reports help keep our database current, but they are not guarantees of accuracy.

Reports may be reviewed, confirmed, disputed, corrected, or superseded as new information becomes available.

Multiple independent reports may influence whether a particular fuel listing is displayed, flagged, or temporarily hidden.

Just Diesel administrators may also review and correct listings when credible new information becomes available.

We retain historical observations and verification records to support transparency, accountability, and data quality.

6. Fuel Types and Compatibility

Just Diesel prioritizes renewable diesel (R99) and conventional Diesel #2 while also providing information about other diesel products, including biodiesel blends such as B5 and B20.

Fuel availability does not imply compatibility with every diesel-powered vehicle.

Diesel formulations, labeling, and vehicle manufacturer requirements vary.

Always verify the fuel type and blend at the pump and consult your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations before fueling.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

Just Diesel is an informational service designed to help drivers locate diesel fuel.

Although we strive to provide accurate and current information, station details, fuel availability, fuel formulations, and prices may change without notice.

Information may also be incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly reported.

Just Diesel does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, or compatibility of any fuel listed in the app.

Drivers are responsible for verifying pump labeling, fuel specifications, and vehicle compatibility before purchasing or using fuel.

Just Diesel is not a substitute for the information provided by fuel retailers, pump labeling, or vehicle manufacturers.

8. Privacy and Anonymous Contributions

Just Diesel is designed with privacy in mind.

No account. No profile. No location history.

Users can contribute information without creating an account.

When location access is enabled, Just Diesel may use location information temporarily to find nearby stations or help verify that a report was submitted near a particular station.

We do not need to maintain a history of users' precise locations to operate our station database.

Station GPS coordinates are stored as information about the stations themselves, not as records of users' movements.

9. Corrections and Station Owner Requests

We welcome corrections from drivers, station operators, and other knowledgeable sources.

Station owners may contact Just Diesel to report inaccurate fuel information, request corrections, or provide updated station details.

Requests are evaluated based on the available evidence.

Just Diesel retains editorial control over its listings and may correct, reinstate, flag, or remove information when appropriate.

Payment or advertising participation does not guarantee verification or favorable treatment.

10. Data Use and Commercial Applications

Just Diesel maintains its database to support fuel discovery, mapping, verification, and related services.

Where permitted by applicable law, contributor permissions, and third-party licensing agreements, information in our database may be used in commercial applications, including data analysis, integrations, and licensing arrangements.

We maintain source records to distinguish independently collected observations from information subject to third-party restrictions.
