Beautifully Flawed has become Friends of Bethany’s most established program. A retreat designed for young women ages 14-25 who have experienced the loss of at least one limb. We bring girls together who have experienced something traumatic and let them know that they’re not alone, and that there is a God who loves them and sees them as beautiful.

Beautifully Flawed Retreat Recap

Bethany Hamilton is a legendary surfer and inspirational speaker and we were invited to join the young women of the Beautifully Flawed retreat. Drawing young women with from around the world, Beautifully Flawed is an amazing event centered on empathy, encouragement, and practicality for girls who have experienced any form of limb loss. We not only got to capture the event we got to capture the heart behind it. We are always thrilled when Friends of Bethany Hamilton asks us to be a part of their story.
